DETAILS OF CONTRACT BEFORE STARTING THE ORDER:

1.         Free quotation will be delivered on request;

2.         Kindly confirm and accept quotation by forwarding an acceptance e-mail / letter / Whatsapp message;

3.         Full payment must be made before starting with the order / taking photos;

4.         We will, before starting the order process confirm that you are satisfied with the Design / Goods before printing, making or buying any goods;

6.         Once the Design / Goods are in the process of being finalized (after receiving your confirmation), no changes will be made;

5.         Goods will be delivered within 10 working days after full payment is received unless other arrangements are made.  Photos will be delivered                          between 4-5 weeks after they are taken.  Sneak Peaks will be delivered within 2-3 days if not sooner;

6.         Goods will be packaged and forwarded via Postnet or Courier;

7.         You have 7 days to let us know if you have any queries after which no refund or changes will be made;

8.         Photography and Items Created – will be used for our portfolio purposes unless the client lets us know otherwise.
